Optional RPS Protection covers up to £20,000 on eligible roofing work, subject to scheme terms.
10-Year Protection Period
When protection activates, it lasts 10 years from the date of issue — subject to the scheme rules.
Independent Inspection
Protection only activates after the required independent inspection and sign-off. UK Roof Surveys is our primary inspection provider.
Optional, Not Automatic
RPS protection or guarantee is not automatic. It only applies to eligible approved work that follows the required scheme process, including any inspection and sign-off requirements.

Why We Offer RPS Protection
We created the Roofing Protection Scheme because we know the roofing industry has been plagued by rogue traders who take money and deliver substandard work — or worse, disappear entirely.
RPS protection is tied to eligible approved work and only activates after the required scheme process, inspection and sign-off — so protection is based on verified work, not membership alone.
Membership alone does not automatically protect every job. Protection is earned through inspection, not assumed through membership.
